Loïc Pequignot |
Founding PresidentLoïc Pequignot (MBA HEC and DESS in finance) has more than 15 years of experience in major international groups, as Sales Manager and Marketing Director (Lease Plan, Mercedes-Benz Group, Fiat Group). His mastery of four languages (French, English, Italian, Spanish) enabled him to supervise the development of the European network Minorplanet Systems (General Electric Group), leader in vehicle tracking by GPS, while creating five subsidiaries and managing more than 500 people. In 2005, he joined the Risc Group, a French company of information technology services quoted on the stock market, to restructure and redeploy it in Europe as the CEO and President. Four years later, he founded the Windeo Green Energy S.A. group, bringing to it his activities in investment in renewable energy and within which he holds the post of President. In parallel with his activities, Loïc Pequignot is a major investor in numerous sectors such as recreation, telecommunications and renewable energy. |

Jean-Daniel Hennebel |
COOJean-Daniel Hennebel (DESS BAC +5 in Finance/Master’s in Economics/Master’s in Psychology) has built up more than 20 years of professional experience while filling posts as diverse as District Manager at Parametric Technology Corporation (Nasdaq), Sales Manager (Belgacom France and Neuf Telecom) and Assistant General Manager within the Risc Group.

Lars Trenchant |
Managing Director - SunneoLars Trenchant (BA (Hons) European Business Administration) benefits from 12 years of experience in management and sales. He put his commercial skills to use in the service of Minorplanet Benelux and Minorplanet France where he filled the post of Sales Manager. He then contributed to the success of the company Thales Transportation Systems by filling the post of Vice-President of Sales for Europe and Africa. Then he worked at Risc Group as the General Manager for Germany and England before founding Sunneo with Loïc Pequignot. |

François Barrault |
DirectorFrançois Barrault (Graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Nantes and holder of a DEA in artificial intelligence) has had numerous positions with a great deal of responsibility during his career. Executive chairperson, non-executive chairperson, investor and advisor are the principal functions that he has been able to hold with major companies such as Stratus, Lucent, Portfolio, BT Group Plc, and FDB Partners. François Barrault is active as an investor in numerous areas, an internationally recognised speaker and also an independent member of the board of directors for numerous investment funds. |

Marc Hedrich |
DirectorMarc Hedrich (degree from the European Business School in marketing and international strategy, IMD/Lausanne) has worked with the largest groups in the automobile industry, such as Toyota, Ford and Volkswagen. Marketing is his favourite area, and he has occupied various positions in it besides. Thus he has been Product Manager, Marketing Director, Communication Director and, today, he has responsibility for marketing policy as well as product policy for the Toyota Motor Europe group. As such, he is supervising the development of the make’s hybrid models and has developed a strong awareness of renewable energy. |

Richard Pequignot |
DirectorWith a licence degree in Law (+ 3rd cycle IAE Toulouse), Richard Pequignot is an experienced top manager from major international groups. Within the Banque Paribas group, as a manager he supervised its redeployment abroad after its reorganisation (Africa, United States, USSR, Europe). He developed his skills there in operational areas as varied as agriculture, leading edge industries, and distribution of consumer goods and equipment. After this long experience of 32 years, in 2005 he became Manager and Member of the Board of Directors of companies working in the luxury, sport, telecommunications and renewable energy sectors. His skills areas have led him to fulfil assignments abroad that go from diagnostics and the implementation of reorganisations to strategic business development. |
